Creamy Vegan Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 8 -10 potatoes ( average size)
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise (use vegenaise if you can. it's the real secret to the creamy!)
  • 1/2-1 1/2 cup plain soymilk (until desired thickness)
  • 1/2-1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 -3 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 -2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 -2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 -2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Boil Potatoes until soft.
  2. Drain and Mash the Potatoes.
  3. Add all ingredients to the potatoes; mixing and tasting to desired flavor and thickness.
