Directions:

  1. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
  2. Add broth and cream cheese;.
  3. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
  4. Add remaining ingredients except parmesan cheese; mix lightly.
  5. Pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
