Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook kielbasa, onion, garlic, and carrots in 2 tablespoon evoo for 5 minutes.
  2. Add thyme and salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken stock and bring to boil, then let simmer (about 10 minutes).
  4. While that is simmering heat up another skillet with 2 tablespoons butter and brown cooked spaghetti.
  5. Then add beans and spaghetti to large pan and stir together, add grated cheese and stir until melted and all ingredients are incorporated.
  6. Let rest a minute or two before serving so juices will get soaked up into spaghetti.
