Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium unpeeled red potatoes (about 1-1/2 lb), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes with the cream, butter, salt and pepper. Yield: 4 servings.
