Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine mash potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder.
  2. Spoon half of mixture into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup French fried onions, onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Top with remaining potatoe mixture.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining french fried onions and 1/2 cup cheese.
  4. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
