Corned Beef Tamago Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. 1. Mix the egs and sugar in bowl. Make sure that sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Mix in the corned beef. Stir well to break apart the chunks.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  4. 4. Pour the mixed contents. Flip your mixture every 2-3 minutes. Then fold.
  5. 5. Once desired doneness is achieved, cut the omelet into strips.
