If you love corned beef and egg for breakfast, this recipe will hit two birds with one stone! :) Ingredients:
210 gram corned beef (1 can purefoods corned beef) |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
4 eggs |
2-3 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. 1. Mix the egs and sugar in bowl. Make sure that sugar is dissolved. 2. 2. Mix in the corned beef. Stir well to break apart the chunks. 3. 3. Heat olive oil in a pan. 4. 4. Pour the mixed contents. Flip your mixture every 2-3 minutes. Then fold. 5. 5. Once desired doneness is achieved, cut the omelet into strips. |
