Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salad oil
  • 1 (15 oz) can corn

Directions:

  1. Heat oil (3-4 inches) to 375 degrees in deep fat fryer or skillet.
  2. Measure all ingredients into bowl; beat with beater until smooth.
  3. Drop level tablespoons into hot fat and fry about 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
