A family favorite! Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon salad oil |
1 (15 ounce) can corn |
Directions:
1. heat oil (3-4 inches) to 375 degrees in deep fat fryer or skillet. 2. Measure all ingredients into bowl; beat with beater until smooth. 3. Drop level tablespoons into hot fat and fry about 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. |
