Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic and then drain off the excess grease. Put the ground beef mixture onto the bottom of a lightly greased casserole dish and pour the cream corn evenly on top of the beef mixture.
  2. Top the cream corn with the mashed potatoes and spread evenly.
  3. Dot the top of the mashed potatoes with butter and place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
