  1. Dice the onion and green pepper. Mince the garlic. Peel and cube the potatoes. Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces. Place the oil into a large skillet. Add everything except the green beans and the half and half. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender. Add the drained green beans and half and half until thick and bubbly.
