Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in salted water then drain well.
  2. Sauté onion in butter then mix into potatoes and stir in corn and bacon.
  3. Heat through then add milk and heat through again.
  4. Add cheese stirring until completely melted then serve immediately.
