Cod Cakes With Dijon Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients and refrigerate.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Cook potato in microwave 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Mash and cool.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and shape into 12 patties.
  6. Add 1 tbsp oil to skillet and add 6 patties, cook 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and add cooked patties.
  8. Repeat, then add 12 patties to oven, bake for 10 minutes and serve with sauce.
