Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp oil

Directions:

  1. Coat pot with oil, add first five ingredients to the pot, bring just to a boil, cover and simmer for about 20 min, turn off the eye and let rice sit for 15 more min...Enjoy!! *YUMMY*
