Ingredients:

  • 120 g rice flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp screwpine essence
  • 1/2 tsp apple colouring
  • 150 ml coconut milk

Directions:

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until thick .
  2. Add the flour , salt , milk , essence . Beat .
  3. Pre heat a steamer and arrange 10 moulds .
  4. Divide the coconut amonthe cups . Press it to the bottom .
  5. Now , pour the batter in all the moulds .
  6. Steam for 10 minutes .
  7. Serve warm .
