Makes atleast 10 cakes . Ingredients:
!50 g caster sugar |
120 g rice flour |
60 g plain flour |
pinch of salt |
1 tsp screwpine essence |
1/2 tsp apple colouring |
150 ml coconut milk |
100 g fresh coconut , grated |
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs and sugar until thick . 2. Add the flour , salt , milk , essence . Beat . 3. Pre heat a steamer and arrange 10 moulds . 4. Divide the coconut amonthe cups . Press it to the bottom . 5. Now , pour the batter in all the moulds . 6. Steam for 10 minutes . 7. Serve warm . |
