Ingredients:

  • 4 cup. fruit
  • 1 cup. white sugar
  • 1/4 cup. water
  • heat until sugar dissolves.
  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 1 cup. milk (sweet )
  • 2 tsps. baking powder
  • 1 cup. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Melt 3 Tablespoons butter in pan (9 x 13).
  2. Pour batter in, place fruit on top.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes.
  4. Do not overcook as it will be dry.
