Chocolate Cake in a Cup in 5 Minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp nonfat milk
  • 2 tbsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, sugar and cocoa: Spoon in 1 egg.
  2. Pour in milk and oil, and mix well.
  3. Put in microwave for 3 minutes on maximum power. (1000watt)
  4. Wait until it stops rising and sets in the mug.
  5. Tip contents out of mug onto saucer and enjoy with cream jam or yoghurt yum!
