Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 200 g chocolate

Directions:

  1. Place first 4 ingredients in a heavy based saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.
  2. Boil for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Take off heat and pour into a dish, place in refrigerator for a couple of hours to stiffen up.
  4. Roll into balls and rerefrigerate.
  5. Dip balls of caramel into chocolate and drain off excess.
