Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together half and half, eggs and flour and set aside.
  2. In another bowl mix cheeses together.
  3. Place half the cheese in a well greased baking dish.
  4. Top with the chiles then the egg mixture.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  6. Pour tomato sauce over top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips.
