Chicken with Pasta, Spinach and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package. Drain.
  2. Warm 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Satue chicken until golden brown and cooked throughout, 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm.
  3. Warm remaining oil in skillet. Saute garlic for 1 minute. Pour in broth and cook 1 minute longer stirring up and browned bits. Add spinach, mushrooms and pepper. Cook stirring until spinach has wilted and mushrooms are golden, 7 minutes. Add chiocken and pasta. Stir to combine. Top with Parmesan and serve.
