  3. Add Grits then Sausage and Sprinkle the cheese evenly.
  4. Make a indent in the middle with a spoon and add a egg to each ramekin.
  5. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste and put in the oven. Cook until egg yolk reaches the desired doneness.
  6. Run a knife around the sides and flip on a plate.
