Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine in pan and add onions.
  2. Cook until onions are sort of soft.
  3. Add soup, cheese, salt and pepper.
  4. When cheese is sort of melted, add sour cream and mix well.
  5. In large bowl put thawed potatoes.
  6. Pour cheese mixture onto potatoes and stir well, coating the potatoes.
  7. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 glass pan that you have greased.
  8. Sprinkle on the topping.
  9. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minute.
