Cheesy Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 oz hot sauce , those little taco bell sauces that everyone has laying around work great

Directions:

  1. Melt cheese in medium sized microwave safe bowl.
  2. In separate bowl, mix beans with onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Blend avocado into the bean mix.
  4. Once cheese is melted, mix bean and avocado mix into cheese dish, blend well.
  5. Mix in chicken.
  6. Drizzle hot sauce over the top of the dish.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
