Champignons Farcis Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon until crisp and set aside; crumble when cooled
  2. Pour off all but about 2 Tbl of drippings and saute onion and pepper until tender
  3. Stir in bread crumbs, crumbled bacon, parsley and season salt; add broth to moisten
  4. Stuff mushroom caps, place in shallow pan with a small amount of water ( 1/4 inch deep)
  5. Bake at 325 for about 25 mins.
