Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp mango powder
  • 1 tbsp black salt
  • 1 pinch asafetida powder

Directions:

  1. Toast and grind cumin and fennel seeds and combine with remaining ingredients.
