Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Hawaiian Filling: Combine and fill celery.
  2. Ham Filling: Combine and fill celery.
  3. Bean/Cheese Filling: Combine and fill celery.
  4. Nutty Tuna Filling: Combine and fill celery.
  5. Imitation Crabmeat Filling: Cook celery and onions in butter until tender. Combine with rest of ingredients and fill celery.
  6. As you can see from list of ingredients, this recipe is only limited by your imagination but filling must be of a consistency to hold.
  7. It is important to peel the celery if you are appealing to young or old eaters as peeling gets rid of the stringy fibers.
  8. Make sure that the filling does not bulge out too far or it could fall out when tossing salad.
  9. After filling, slice into 3/4 to 1 inch pieces.
  10. Now - go to town and enjoy!
