Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray a cookie sheet or 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, eggs, mozzarella and seasonings. Press evenly into the pan w/ a fork. (I use my hands) (I also sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.)
  4. Bake at 450 degrees for 22 minutes (Depends on your oven. I do 20 minutes and usually don?t do the broil in the next step.)
  5. Switch oven to Broil and broil crust for 2-3 minutes. Remove crust and add sauce, then toppings and cheese.(also good w/ garlic powder and ground parsley on top).
  6. Place under a broiler at high heat just until cheese is melted. Let cool and use spatula to remove.
  7. Additional Tips *
  8. Grate cauliflower with a cheese grater and then measure for the recipe. (Don't pack down the cauliflower to measure, Just fill a two cup measure.)
