Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Melt butter. Stir in half of cracker crumbs, coriander, thyme, celery, onions and pepper. Spread half of mixture in prepared dish. Layer half of oysters over top. Repeat layering.
  3. Combine light cream, 1/3 cup reserved liquid, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Pour over oysters. Add parsley to remaining cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top of oysters. Bake for 30 minutes, or until completely heated through and crumbs are golden.
