Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion until transparent.
  2. Add carrots and sweat for a few minutes.
  3. Add water, curry, bouillon, and simmer until soft.
  4. Place in blender on medium and whip until smooth.
  5. When serving add cream in a swirl as garnish.
  6. Chopped parsley and chives may also be used for garnish.
  7. Serve with french loaf and light butter.
