Ingredients:

  • cardamom and fennel scented carrots
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and stir to coat carrots evenly.
  2. Set over a medium flame and cook stirring occasionally for 6 minutes or until tender.
