Honey-Thyme Lemon Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemons , zest of
  • 3/4 lb egg noodles

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and blend with honey, thyme, salt, pepper, juice and zest.
  2. Cook noodles according to pacakge directions and drain.
  3. Toss noodles with honey mixture and top with scallions.
  4. Serve with chicken or turkey.
