Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) bag coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup red onion strip
  • 1/4 lb sausage
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Saute the sausage and onion in a skillet until sausage is cooked through.
  2. Chop the green tomatoes and about a hand full of the Cole slaw mix and add them to the skillet.
  3. Add the water, cover and turn down low just until the slaw becomes slightly limp. about 5 to 10 minutes. Depends on how you like your cabbage cooked.
  4. Serve hot.
