Buttery Artichoke Tapenade Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 heaping cups of farfalle ( bowtie) pasta
  • 1/3 cup gertie's artichoke tapenade
  • 2 tbsp pesto sauce

Directions:

  1. Boil Farfalle Pasta for 12-14 minutes and drain
  2. Reserve a few Tbs of the pasta liquid to reincorporate into the pasta.
  3. Melt your butter in a saucepan then add the Artichoke Tapenade and the chopped long green onions and blend.
  4. Next add 2 Tbs Pesto Sauce and Blend.
  5. Add your Pasta and Blend.
  6. Top with Parmesan Cheese and serve.
  7. Add salt or lemon pepper to taste.
