Buttery Artichoke Tapenade Pasta |

I found this recipe ostensibly on a jar of Gertie's Artichoke Tapenade and embellished it with my own touches. Ingredients:
2 heaping cups of farfalle ( bowtie) pasta |
1/3 cup gertie's artichoke tapenade |
3-4 long green onions chopped |
2 tbs pesto sauce |
parmesan cheese shredded( to taste) i use 1/4 cup |
4 tbs butter melted |
Directions:
1. Boil Farfalle Pasta for 12-14 minutes and drain 2. reserve a few Tbs of the pasta liquid to reincorporate into the pasta. 3. Melt your butter in a saucepan then add the Artichoke Tapenade and the chopped long green onions and blend. 4. Next add 2 Tbs Pesto Sauce and Blend. 5. Add your Pasta and Blend. 6. Top with Parmesan Cheese and serve. 7. Add salt or lemon pepper to taste. |
