Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, salt and baking soda then add remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour by 1/8 cup onto hot lightly sprayed griddle and cook until brown turning once.
