BUCKWHEAT AND YOGURT PANCAKES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hawk Estate in Richardson, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
2 cups buckwheat flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1-1/2 cups buttermilk |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon maple flavoring |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
nonstick cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, salt and baking soda then add remaining ingredients. 2. Pour by 1/8 cup onto hot lightly sprayed griddle and cook until brown turning once. |
