Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Put rice, egg and milk in a food processor, blend until smooth. (Or don't, but the texture is bumpy).
  2. Mix with flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Fry like pancakes.
