Ingredients:

  • 3 oz sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 oz cheddar
  • 2 (16-inch) tortillas

Directions:

  1. Fry sausage in medium frying pan until well brown. Add eggs. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Sandwich between tortillas.
