Directions:

  1. Grate peel from 1 orange and reserve the peel for the dressing.
  2. Peel and slice oranges.
  3. In bowl, toss salad ingredients with dressing.
  4. For Dressing:.
  5. Place all dressing ingredients in blender container or food processor.
  6. Process until smooth, then stir in reserved grated orange peel.
