Blueberry Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan combine the cornstarch and sugar.
  2. Add the water, orange juice and blueberries.
  3. Stirring gently, bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cool slightly; serve over french toast or pancakes and waffles.
