Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup added sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Grease 13x9 baking dish.
  2. Add 1/2 cup sugar to pie filling.
  3. Pour into baking dish.
  4. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in medium bowl.
  5. Break eggs in to bowl of dry ingredients and mix with hands until mixture becomes crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle over pie filling.
  7. Pour melted butter evenly over top (do not spread with utensil).
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
  9. Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes, or until center is set.
