Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs country-style spareribs (i always use beef ribs for this 1)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Boil ribs for 30 minutes and drain.
  2. Leave ribs in the rack.
  3. Combine sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, ginger sauce, orange juice, oinion, garlic, and Worcestshire in a bowl.
  4. Let stand for 15 minutes, then pour over ribs.
  5. Marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  6. Grill ribs for 10-20 minutes.
  7. Turning and basting with sauce, until sauce on ribs carmelizes!
