The best ribs I have ever tasted! Yumm.... Ingredients:
3 -4 lbs country-style spareribs (i always use beef ribs for this one) |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
3 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 cup tomato sauce |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon grated onion |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Boil ribs for 30 minutes and drain. 2. Leave ribs in the rack. 3. Combine sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, ginger sauce, orange juice, oinion, garlic, and Worcestshire in a bowl. 4. Let stand for 15 minutes, then pour over ribs. 5. Marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours. 6. Grill ribs for 10-20 minutes. 7. Turning and basting with sauce, until sauce on ribs carmelizes! |
