Banana Walnut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups bananas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar in a medium bowl.
  2. Beat eggs and add to butter mixture with milk and vanilla.
  3. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  4. Fold dry mixture into batter.
  5. Coarsely mash bananas.
  6. Add bananas and chopped walnuts to mixture.
  7. Pour into greased 9 inch bread pan.
  8. Dust with cinnamon.
  9. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
