Banana Pecan Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, combine next 4 ingredients.
  3. Whisk flour mixture into liquids until combined.
  4. Dice bananas and add to batter along with the pecans.
  5. Drop batter by 1/4 cup onto greased griddle over medium heat and cook until bubbles appear around the edges.
  6. Turn and cook on other side until golden brown.
