  1. Preheat oven to 200°C Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well. Stir in dried cherries.
  3. In another bowl, combine beaten egg with olive oil and mashed bananas. Pour wet ingredients onto dry ingredients and stir until well combined. The batter is pretty wet.
  4. Form balls (size between golf and tennis ball) out of the batter and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
