Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees;
  2. Place banana bread cubes in a greased 9X13 baking dish;
  3. Peel and slice bananas and scatter them over the bread cubes;
  4. Beat together eggs and cinnamon; add remaining ingredients, except chopped pecans, and mix;
  5. Pour mixture evenly over bread and bananas;
  6. Sprinkle pecans on top;
  7. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
