Directions:

  1. Mash very ripe bananas in bowl.
  2. All all other remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into well greased 18 muffin pan (for small muffins) 12 for larger ones (the 69 calorie is for the small muffins).
  4. Cooking at 350 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes.
  5. Muffins are done when you can insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean
