Low Fat Peanut Butter Banana Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix butter and crackers together. Press in bottom of pie pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes. Cool.
  3. Mix brown sugar, cream cheese, peanut butter and vanilla in bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  4. Fold in cool whip.
  5. Place bananas on the bottom of crust.
  6. Spread peanut butter mixture over bananas.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  8. Cover and freeze for 8 hours.
  9. Let stand at room temp 15 minutes prior to serving.
